We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Taco Time Canada location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience to our customers.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation, customer service, cleanliness, inventory management, and safety measures.

Staff Supervision and Training: Hire, train, and manage staff members. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure staff is well-trained on Taco Time menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget and financial planning. Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions. Oversee sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for service while controlling costs. Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management.

Quality Control: Maintain high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation. Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from dieticians, patients in hospitals or other customers
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special diet trays and delivery of food trolleys to hospital patients
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs
