Territory Manager - North & South Dakota

To meet the growing demand for our products we are expanding our dealer network and seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to provide technical and marketing support for our Dealers and Customers within North & South Dakota.

In This Role You Will:
• Introduce Elmer’s to prospective mainline dealers.
• Build relationships at all levels of the dealer’s network.
• Equip dealers and end users with product knowledge through dealer training sessions, combine clinics, and dealer expos.
• Connect dealers and internal departments to provide solutions and support.
• Organize and participate in trade shows and in-field demonstrations of equipment for dealers and end users.
• Capture and communicate product development suggestions.

We’re Looking For:
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales or a background in Agricultural.
• Ability to travel for dealer visits, farm shows, and in-field demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL/Class 1 or willingness to acquire one at Elmer’s cost, would be an asset.
• Able to meet requirements to cross the US/Canada border.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and video conferencing apps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
