OFFICE ADMIN
St. Vincent de Paul Church is a Catholic Parish that is hiring an Office Administrator in Weyburn, responsible for various administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General office administration and clerical duties
• Update Weekly Bulletin and PowerPoint for events in the liturgical calendar
• Answering phones
• Recording parish information in software (sacraments, new parishioners etc.)
• Coordinating events with various committees
• Minutes for Parish Council
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 or more years of experience in an administrative role.
• Knowledge of the Catholic Faith
• Advanced computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
