Hydrovac Operator

We are currently seeking a full-time Hydrovac Operator to join our team. As a Hydrovac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrovac equipment to safely and efficiently excavate soil and debris. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate hydrovac equipment to safely excavate soil, debris and other materials
• Preform pre-trip inspections of the hydrovac truck and equipment
• Perform precise excavations to expose underground utilities and structures
• Use pressurized water systems to break soil and vacuum systems to remove debris
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills/Experience
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Class 3 with air brakes endorsement
• Proficiency in operating hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
