Site Supervisor

Morgan Fuels, operating in Headingly, Manitoba, as well as throughout Northwestern Ontario, has an employment opportunity for a Site Supervisor starting early May 2024. This position is based out of Headingly, Manitoba and is responsible for providing direction, control, coordination and leadership for the efficient operation of the Morgan Fuels bulk aviation area in Manitoba and specific additional accounts. The Site Supervisor ensures the effective operation and administration of the Manitoba site as it relates to deliveries, inventory management and inside sales, with the main focus on exceeding customer satisfaction and expanding volumes.

Preferred qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Post-Secondary education in Commerce, Business Management or Marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of petroleum products.
• Knowledge of the Manitoba aviation market and the customers we serve.
• 5 years of experience working in the petroleum and/or trucking industry.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in keyboarding, with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Mathematical skills with ability to use calculator and/or adding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel throughout the area we serve.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

The successful candidate will be required to submit an acceptable Criminal Records Check as well.
