Precast Quality Control Technician

Join our team at Haywood Concrete Products, a leading provider of top-tier precast concrete products. We're seeking a meticulous Precast Quality Control Technician to ensure the excellence of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

1 - Conduct a thorough inspection of raw materials, mold, and finished precast products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2 - Perform testing on concrete mixes, including slump test, air content and strength.
3 - Monitor and document production processes, suggesting improvements
4 - Maintain accurate quality control records
5 - Assist in the development and implementation for quality control procedures

Qualifications:

1 - High school diploma or equivalent.
2 - Previous experience in precast concrete quality control is an asset
3 - Knowledge of concrete testing methods and manufacturing processes.
4 - Strong Attention to detail and analytical skills.
5 - Effective communication and problem solving abilities.
6 - Must be able to read drawings, tape measure, work alone, take direction and be punctual.
