What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Gas Bar Division Manager, this position is a member of the Leadership Team. This role will work with the Gas-Bar Division Manager to establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan and organizational guiding statements. Oversee adherence to brand / image and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, financial management, safety, and asset protection. Responsible to ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations and driving sales. Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Provides leadership and Coaches team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development, as well as ensuring operational efficiencies and processes are followed. Ensure adherence to all Homestead regulations, policies, procedures, and H&S SWP’s.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
Must have previous experience (3-5 years) in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities, with preference for Gas Bar experience.
Must have grade 12 or equivalent with preference for post-secondary education (business diploma or degree.
