Evening Line cook

As a Line Cook, your job expectations are:

Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing the line and all cooking tools and spaces
Ensuring food is handled safely and according to all public health standards
Preparing our delicious menu items for our Guests according to Smitty's standards.
Maintaining our fast work pace to ensure quality Guest service

The position would be for evenings and weekends. The candidate would need to be able to stay till closing time.
