Paint Team Lead

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Paint Team Lead on our evening shift. Evening shift runs Monday – Thursday, 2:30 pm – 1:00 am. All evening shift employees are eligible for a $3.00/hr premium.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensure staff and stations are set up with tools and training
- Ensure quality product is leaving the paint booth
- Develop standard work procedures
- Own the 5S process in each station
- Make process improvement recommendations
- Assist with hands on work in bottleneck or short staff situations
- Assist in materials management and waste reduction
- Ensure production flow, clear communication and that deadlines are met

We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of painting experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Education in lean principles
- Problem Solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Experience creating standard work procedures
