Restaurant Supervisor

The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail. This role involves supervising staff at both our Aaltos restaurant and Tavern United.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff activities and productivity at all times.
• Ensure excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Take and fulfill meal and drink orders.
• Provide a positive atmosphere.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 – 3 years experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills;
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Lift, balance, and carry trays of up to 20 lbs. during your shift;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
