Clinic Supervisor

The Town of Niverville invites applications for the position of Clinic Supervisor for Open Health Niverville. The responsibilities of the Supervisor as related to the Open Health Niverville Medical Clinic, are to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the medical clinic in relation to staff and resources. They will also be responsible for performing customer service duties as it relates to the front desk and telephone and will assist in all other areas of the clinic as needed. This position is 35 hours per week. The position may involve some evening and weekend hours.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Post-secondary education
• Experience in a medical-related field is an asset
• Office 365, Word & Excel, experience in EMR [Input Health] is an asset
• Critical thinking skills
• Complex problem-solving skills
• Judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Systems analysis
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written
