Guest Service Agent

The primary responsibility of the Guest Service Agent is to create 100% guest satisfaction by providing Canad Four Star Service and always going above and beyond for their needs by using empathy and best judgement.

Other duties performed as required would be as follows:
* Receives and processes incoming customer reservations
* Greets customers and finds out what they want in regards to room types, rates, and packages
* Records reservation information accurately
* Identifies commissionable reservations
* Records and processes deposit and billing information

The successful candidate should have the following skills:
* A desire to work with the public
* High attention to detail
* Computer and cash handling skills
* Be available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
