Quality Inn is looking for an energetic individuals to join our Front Desk team! Candidates must be customer service driven, high energy, comfortable dealing one-on-one with customers.

This is a part time position. Complete training will be provided for the qualified candidate. Work shifts would be days, evenings, nights, and every other weekend.

Role and Responsibility:
- Taking, cancelling, and changing room reservation requests
-Investigating and resolving customer complaints or questions
-Processing guest departures including calculating changes and receiving payments
-Answering inquires about the hotel and its services through the telephone, or in-person
-Handling wake-up calls and other requests a guest may have

Skills and Abilities:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good time management skills and ability to multitask
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to creatively solve problems
-Maintaining a well-groomed professional appearance
