Winnipeg Children’s Access Agency is a non-profit organization that provides
a service mandated by the Courts for estranged families to interact in a protected and monitored environment. The primary focus for The Winnipeg Children’s Access Agency continues to be the provision of access services to families with a history of family violence. The Mission of The Winnipeg Children’s Access Agency Inc. (WCAA) is to facilitate contact between children and their parents/guardians in a protected, neutral and child-focused environment.
WCAA provides access services in accordance with the following guiding principles - Respectful Communication, Accessibility, Child-focused, Protected, Neutrality and Consistency.
