Private Home Care /  Rehab Assistant
Private home care worker(s) needed to assist in the rehabilitation of a stroke survivor.  Duties include assisting with day to day living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, basic exercises (provided), and other duties as needed.  Able to assist with transfers. Flexible hours and days but mainly Monday to Friday days. Candidates must be motivating and enthusiastic in helping client to achieve their goals. Located in Oakville MB.
