REACT is looking to hire a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant.

Applicant will be required to perform general administration duties, answer phones and some bookkeeping duties.

The following requirements will be necessary:
- Minimum 3 years experience, Office Administration preferred
- Very responsible and dependable
- Very friendly and outgoing
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Personable and very mature individual with a positive attitude
- Committed, hardworking, loyal, and punctual
- Must have excellent customer relations skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet deadlines
- Help with board meeting preparations, attend Board meetings:
- Pay close attention to detail
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; accounting experience would be considered an asset
- Type and proofread correspondence forms and other documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
