Job Description:

We are a growing flooring company in need of a skilled and experienced flooring installer and tear out professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, tear out of old flooring, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Install a variety of flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile

Tear out and dispose of old flooring materials

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas

Prepare subfloors for installation

Work with a team of other flooring professionals

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in flooring installation and tear out(recommended)

Knowledge of a variety of flooring materials and their installation methods

Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
