Crew Members are employed by local College Pro Franchises as painters and get to work outdoors throughout the summer months with like minded teammates.
You’ll develop skills like teamwork, leadership, and customer service, without the full responsibility of running your own business. You’ll also get to work with like minded people, make connections, acquire new friends and mentors, and make memories you’ll have for the rest of your life.
