New Life Botanical Inc. (“NLB”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CanAscen Group (“CAG”). NLB is located in the RM of Ste. Anne and will be focused on the cultivation of medical marijuana and hemp extraction. NLB will be a differentiated leader in the premium segments of the cannabis market.
The Cultivation Division which will, following receipt of its Health Canada certificate as an ACMPR producer, grow marijuana in a state of the art purpose built facility now under construction.
The Extraction Division encompassing proprietary enhanced extraction and conversion technology which will be based on Canadian sourced hemp to produce pure CBD, as well as a range of THC compounds.
With its parent company CanAscen Group (“CAG”) we are able to provide unique expertise and leadership, brand identification and management, a proprietary grow platform, and exclusive genetics and production processes. These advantages will allow NLB to produce and market premium quality high margin specialty cannabis extracts and derivatives. Additionally, NLB/CAG, by building on the technical advances of its partners, will be able to supply products to the rapidly expanding therapeutics market.
