Powder Coat Painter

Westfield Industries, A Division of Ag Growth International, TSE (AFN), an international leader in the production of portable grain handling equipment including grain augers and numerous other grain handling accessories, has an immediate opening for an Industrial Painter.

Key Accountabilities
• Apply powder coating to correct thickness; maintain quality
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment, including guns, hoppers, wash, and oven
• Good knowledge of mechanics and repair of painting equipment; ability to troubleshoot
• Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations
• Ensure all components are coated efficiently
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met

Qualifications
• Strong background in powder coating and maintenance of coating equipment
• Able to troubleshoot and identify root causes
• Able to work efficiently and accurately while following safety guidelines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
