Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the primary purpose of the Information Technology Manager is to manage operations, training, and support of all information and technology management services that support the strategic direction of the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation, in accordance with the Business Plan.

Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline and five (5) years of progressive experience at a management level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience applying industry standard methodologies in IT governance, enterprise architecture, project management, service management, business analysis, and/or Agile.
Experience managing budgets and maintaining cost effectiveness.
Management experience including staff supervision.
Prior experience in a service or infrastructure support role.
Ability to negotiate agreements and contracts effectively on behalf of the corporation.
Experience with Organizational Change Management.
Experience with Digital Transformation.
Experience using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) in a cloud-based environment.
Conditions of Employment:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Must posses a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba.
SALARY: $77,260 – 102,244
