309A Journeyman Electrician

M. D. Electric is seeking a full time Journeyman Electrician to join our Team. Construction and maintenance 309A certification is required.

Work is performed within Kenora and the surrounding area. Type of work includes residential standard, custom, log and timber frame, as well as cottages and lake work, high performance homes, back up generators and data installs. We also do commercial and institutional wiring and maintenance.

The successful applicant must be able to read and interpret drawings and trouble shoot electrical systems. Must be able to work alone as well as be a team player.

Must have a current Class G drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Willing to train. Fall arrest training is considered an asset.

Wages are negotiable.
