• Seating customers
• Taking food and drink orders promptly, processing payment and handing cash
• Memorizing the food/drink menu
• Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
• Carrying drinks and food from kitchen or bar area to tables
• Setting tables throughout the shift
• Complete opening/closing tasks
