Reception/Admin Assistant

Hope Arising Auto Repair is hiring a receptionist for the summer. See below for details of duties and requirements. Thank you for your interest.

Hiring as part of Canada Summer Student Jobs, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30.

MUST have valid drivers license and be willing to run errands on behalf of the shop (ie...picking up parts).

Duties include:
Greet customers, answer phones, book appointments, process repair orders, close out invoices, receive payments, maintain hospitable, professional environment, light cleaning, updating refreshments, other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize efficiently. Enthusiastic and reliable, able to follow directions, willing to receive feedback, exceptional customer care, pleasant telephone manner, professional appearance, proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet literate, data entry skills an asset, excellent typing skills, Basic understanding of office administration procedures. Training in our specific software and procedures will be provided.

$13/hour.
Full-time, day shift hours. 9:30am-5:30pm.
