Part-Time D.A.R.E. Instructor Position for a Police Officer

The part-time D.A.R.E. Instructor position requires a minimum of two years previous police experience. A formal two-week training course through D.A.R.E. Canada is also required before the instructor is authorized to teach or present and D.A.R.E. material to students. The instructor is required to wear a Municipal Enforcement uniform at all times while on duty as a D.A.R.E. Instructor.

• The Instructor will be responsible for teaching the full Grade 5 D.A.R.E. curriculum to students at up to 15 schools throughout the Foothills School Division.
