Apprentice Electrician

Precision Electric Ltd, an electrical contractor based in LaBroquerie MB and specializing in the agricultural sector, is hiring for an apprentice electrician.

You will be trained to install and maintain a wide variety of electrical systems including:
- Electrical service and distribution equipment
- Heating and ventilation equipment
- Feeding equipment
- Networking equipment
- Security / alarm monitoring systems

Required skills and attributes:
- Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
- Strong communication and thorough documentation of work performed
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to plan ahead to perform work in an efficient manner
- Possess a valid class 5 license
- Willing to assist with after hours / out of town jobs when required
- Ability to work at heights, over-head, on knees, and outdoors.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work in a farm environment and adhere to bio-security protocols

Previous experience in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, construction or working in a farm environment is considered an asset.
