Roles and Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties
- Assist with Payroll duties
- Assist with ticket entry and billing duties
- Ensure billing requirements are met and current
- Ensure accounting reporting standards are maintained
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations and budget analysis
- Previous experience with tax remittances (payroll, carbon etc).
The successful candidate will:
- Demontrate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programs/knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Detail orientated and able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi task and meet challenging deadlines.
