Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie has an exciting opportunity and is seeking a Commercial Fleet Executive to join their Sales Team. We have inventory on-ground and in-transit so you can hit the ground running!

The Commercial Fleet Executive will be responsible for developing external sales and lead generation opportunities within minor and major fleet accounts throughout the Airdrie-Calgary region. The successful candidate will be provided with an opportunity for growth and development as our future Fleet Manager.

The role:

  • Meet with customers and business to identify prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a fleet of vehicles that meets their needs
  • Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales paperwork
  • Process all leasing documentation and related paperwork and maintain complete records of all lease transactions
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and prospective clients through the geographic region of Airdrie, Crossfield, Balzac and surrounding area
  • Establish, maintain and grow the lease portfolio
  • Work and communicate closely with other Fleet Sales persons throughout the Davis Group as well as the GM Canada Fleet Rep.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5+ years of previous automotive fleet sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry and/or local commercial sector
  • Results driven and ambitious with a strong sense of personal achievement.
  • Exceptional customer service, listening and communication skills including the ability to use tact, empathy and to be clear, confident and persuasive when interacting with customers.
  • Goal oriented, extremely well organized with demonstrable independent work habits
  • Ability to work as part of a team to share expertise, seek input and share successes
  • Some knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgets is considered an asset
  • A valid Driver’s License
