We need your help to get NW Ontario outside and enjoying our beautiful surroundings! Our Powersports Team in Kenora is on the lookout for an Admin/Reception person who has great energy and wants to create an amazing customer experience. This is a 6 month term position that may be extended. Join us and you will support the Administrative, Parts and Inside Sales areas of the branch, learning from experts in the Powersports industry. You will be working with the fantastic BRP lineup of Ski-Doo and Sea-Doo products, as well as clothing and accessories.
What you will be doing:
Welcome customers and create a friendly atmosphere
Answer all incoming calls – we are busy!
Open work orders, update parts inventory – if you can type 40wpm (using all the fingers!), we’ll show you how to do the rest
When staff are tied up, jump right in and assist our customers with their clothing and accessory purchases
Multi-tasking and attention to detail will be a superpower to you in this role – having 2+ years experience in an office environment is an asset
Other duties will be assigned to you as needed
