Executive Program Director

 The Herbert Group Home board of directors is seeking applications                       for the  position of Executive/Program Director.
 Herbert Group Home (HGH) is a community based non-profit organization that provides residential and vocational support services to individuals with       an intellectual disability in Herbert and surrounding communities.
 The Position reports to the Board of Directors and has responsibility for        all the organization operations.  Has primary responsibility for the staff, the    care of the residents, and operation of all HGH programs, as well as the administration of all HGH policies and adherence to government programs     

and legislation.
Desired qualifications, include post - secondary education and related experience, especially in the managerial role. Ability to work without direct supervision and carry out all duties & responsibilities in a timely manner.
