Job Description:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Operate specific appliances in the kitchen specific to the menu
• Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking
• Prepare sauces and garnishes for the allocated station
• Serve food in keeping with the standards of the establishment
• Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices

Requirements:

-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
-Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate is required.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, 40-44 hours per week.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The work schedule is Monday to Sunday, with 1-2 days off on a rotational basis. Shifts are from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm and from 04:00 pm to 12:00 pm. Night and weekend hours will be required. Overtime may be required based on the business needs.
