Precision Agricultural Services Inc., a subsidiary of Cargill Limited, is a full-service agricultural retail business with 4 facilities located in southeast Saskatchewan, specializing in Crop Nutrition, Crop Protection, and Pedigreed Seed.

As the Facility Operator will coordinate and support operations, sales and customer service activities and day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers as required
• Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the granular fertilizer facility, bulk seed facility, and agri-chemical warehouses, including shipping and receiving, inventory management and maintenance as well as Phase III compliance
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintaining yard and office

Qualifications:

• Legally entitled to work for Precision-ag in Canada
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Work independently and contribute to building the team
• Perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
• Operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
• Available to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
