Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless-steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Research and Development Manager

Full Time Salaried Position
Starting wage dependent on qualifications

This position will work with and lead the R&D team through building and designing tooling, fixtures, and new products.

All necessary training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:
•Lead the team through key projects to support business goals
•Researching, specifying, ordering, implementing, performance testing, and training for new products, tooling, and equipment.
•Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment
•Document all phases of research and development
•Asses the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget
•Staying on top of new technology, manufacturing practices, processes, and equipment

Employment requirements:
•Minimum educational requirement: Engineering Degree Preferred
•Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, MS Word, Excel, and Project
•Analytical thinker capable of “thinking outside the box”
•Metal Manufacturing experience
•Strong focus on quality
•Strong work ethic
•Willingness to learn
•Demonstrates a positive attitude
•Team player
