The Community Foundation of Portage & District is hiring a Marketing Administrative Assistant to assist with the coordination & execution of the Foundation’s marketing and communication strategies, as well as provide administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote, create content & maintain all Foundation social media accounts, website, advertising and promotional material
Promote & enhance community awareness of the Foundation
Assist with special event planning and donor recognition,
Provide administrative support including correspondence, file maintenance, processing donations and other general office tasks.
Job Requirements & Experience:
Experience in marketing and communications including digital medias
Experience creating content for marketing strategies
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience performing administrative duties
