Precision Land Solutions is currently looking for motivated, hardworking Equipment Operators to fill full-time seasonal positions (April through November), with opportunities for long-term employment and advancement.

As a member of one of our tile drainage installation crews, your skills, dedication to quality, and ability to work well as a team are critical. Some travel and overtime are required, with excellent earning potential for key individuals who are dedicated to getting the job done right. All Personal Protective Equipment, Meals, and Hotels when traveling.

Opportunity for advancement to Crew Leader and Plow Operator, as a full-time permanent position.

The right candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a willingness to learn and be able to work well on a team.

Previous experience with heavy machinery (excavator, backhoe, Class 1 drivers), fieldwork, and GPS machine control are all considered assets.
