Wallace Construction is a leader in Southwest Saskatchewan, specializing in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, and is currently looking to fill an opening for the following, full-time position of Accounting Clerk.

Job Duties:
-Prepare and maintain accounting records
-Accounts Receivable
-Accounts Payable
-Monthly account reconciliations
-Prepare accounting reports
-Assist in preparing year-end financial statements
-Administer employee benefit plan
-General administration duties
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Knowledge of general accounting practices, principles and procedures considered an asset
-Skill in the use of computers and various software programs including accounting software and Microsoft Office
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-The ability to work as part of a team
-The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-The ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
-Applicant must be confidential, friendly and personable.
-A long term commitment will be a determining factor for the right candidate
-Full time position – but with some flexibility

Experience is preferred, however on the job training would be provided for the right candidate.
