Roller Operator

Genco Asphalt Inc. is looking for experienced Roller Operators for the 2023 paving season. Operators must have a valid driver's license.

Key duties include:

• Actively participating, promoting, and engaging in the company's safety policies.
• Operating equipment as assigned and participating in jobsite labor if required.
• Communicating information clearly and effectively and working as part of a team.
• Listening and carrying out instructions diligently and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
• Willingness to travel between jobsites and work overtime when required
• Any other duties as may be assigned
