Quarry Oaks is looking for highly motivated, reliable people willing to work in a team setting to fulfill line cook and kitchen preparation positions. Basic functions of the positions include preparation and assembly of plates for both dining room and banquet functions in accordance to the high standards of Quarry Oaks.
Restaurant and banquet experience is considered an asset.
Seasonal full time and part time positions are available from late April-October
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to work as a team member and adhere to golf course policies.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fun and changing environment.
• Adhere to cooking standards to maintain a high quality of food and service.
• Follow recipes for all dishes to ensure proper portion control, uniformity of taste and quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Other duties as assigned
