Welder

• Must have 2-3 years of previous Lead Hand experience
• CWB Certification / or B-Pressure
• Must be able to perform all welding functions at an acceptable level
• Must have Fitting/Fabricating Experience
• Must be knowledgeable in the use and operation of all hand power tools
• Must be able to read and understand shop drawings
• Must be capable of working under minimum amount of supervision
• Working with and supporting the welding/fabricating crew in productivity and efficiency
• Providing leadership and support to the team, while being a team-player
• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
• Identify and support opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
• Ensure that the production schedules are met in an efficient and effective manner
• Prioritize work and follow direction
• Ensure department is consistently producing quality product
• Utilize the appropriate tools and methodologies
• Hours Mon-Fri 7am-6pm (Overtime available)
• Must be willing to travel within Saskatchewan
• Annual Bonus
