FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Ice Village Inc., operating as Okotoks Dairy Queen is looking for Food Service Supervisors. We are located at 100 Village Lane, Okotoks, AB, T1S 1Z6. We are looking for three Food Service Supervisors to join our team in Okotoks, Alberta. The Food Service Supervisor is a permanent and full-time position.

Duties of the Food Service Supervisor include:
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
Skill and Education Requirements
• Completion of Secondary (high) school
• Completion of college program in food service preferred
• Six months or more of experience.
