The Job:
You’ll work as a team member assisting in the conduct of research trials important to Manitoba’s agriculture.

Operating small farm equipment planting, spraying, mowing and harvesting a wide range of crops.

Collecting information on crops, insects, plant diseases and soils.

Who should apply:
Anyone looking to be active, loves being outdoors and gets bored doing the same job day after day.
You’re available Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
You’re able to interact well with others, keep your mind on the job, follow instructions and keep good records.
You’re capable of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying a backpack, walking in the field and bending.
You have a valid Driver’s License.
Skills that will increase the $$$ include – past or current active experience on a farm or with farm equipment, previous research experience, some mechanical knowledge and/or half-ton truck-trailer driving experience.
