Paint Department Sales Person
Our Paint Associate is a responsible and friendly member of our team who creates an exceptional customer experience by assisting our customers with all of their paint needs. Potential areas of responsibility include assisting with product selection, color matching, Hero paint dispensing, and advising customers of all sales and promotions, also assist with merchandising and inventory control and management. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of paint products, be able to build relationships with our customers, and be able to provide accurate product information. Responsibilities: Work from an established process to provide customers with a finished product. Manage variances in the color matching and dispensing process. Properly advise on the handling and application of paint products. Communicate with other team members. Keep a neat and clean work area and equipment. Potential in moving into a department lead role depending on experience.
