Aerial Application Support Staff

Prairie Sky Crop Solutions is one of the leading agriculture input suppliers and aerial applicators in Southeastern Manitoba. We are looking to add quality individuals to our team for the upcoming growing season.

This role would include working closely with aerial applicators and aircraft for mixing and loading chemical, fueling, washing, and supporting our team of pilots. On top of aerial application this role would include shipping and receiving of agricultural products, general yard and equipment maintenance, and general farm labour. We offer competitive wages based on experience that is inline with the Canadian Agricultural industry.

Responsibilities will include:
• Mixing chemical as needed for spraying by air or ground
• Support of aircraft and pilots for aerial application
• Operate and help maintain farm and transport equipment
• Assist in seeding, spraying, and harvesting during the growing season
• Shipping and receiving of seed and other agricultural products
• Yard and shop maintenance

Qualifications:
• Hard working individual who can succeed in a team environment
• Valid class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement is an asset
• Mechanical experience is an asset
• Experience maintaining and operating farm equipment is an asset
• Flexible to work evening and weekend hours as needed during the growing season
