Retail and Marketing Associate

Water Care Management
o Understand water care programs and systems that are implemented by all staff
o Perform water tests and become technical expert in hot tub water care
o Follow up with water care questions on sold hot tubs to ensure fantastic customer experience

General Administrative Duties
o Fulfilling customer needs; whether in person or via phone
o Completing transactions in point of sale system
o Ordering and restocking water care product
o Working with apps and computer programs to assist with social media marketing, ecommerce, service bookings, etc.

Marketing Duties
o Greet customers and help guide them through the patio sales experience
o Help deliver an excellent showroom and customer experience for patio customers
o Receive and unpack new furniture for the showroom
o Package and prep sold patio for deliver
o Schedule patio deliveries and follow up with customers on delivery experience
