Rural Municipality of Stanley invites Applications for an Administration Assistant.
Located in the hub of busy southern Manitoba, we are a strong & progressive municipality experiencing significant growth and development.
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Supervisor, the Administration Assistant is responsible for the first line of communication and responsible for providing excellent customer service from the front reception desk.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated employee with strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship skills. They will be self-motivated, competent in prioritizing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while performing tasks in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
Skills and Abilities:
• A genuine desire to help and assist others.
• Have exceptional organizational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with changing priorities and changing deadlines.
• Have proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Products, various web-based programs, and office equipment.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with the public.
