Decoration Assistant

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an individual for our Prairie Sky Promotions Decoration Department who is interested in a career opportunity. This is a permanent, part-time (approximately four hours per day) position that offers lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. This position could quickly lead to full-time work for the right individual. Hours of work are somewhat flexible to suit our candidate.

Qualifications:
• Must be able to read and write in English
• A general knowledge of sewing is an asset
• A positive attitude and an ability to work well with others
• A self starter who is organized, detail oriented, and has a desire to do it right the first time

Responsibilities:
• Quality related functions of trimming, cleaning, folding and packaging of garments
• Keeping work area clean and tidy
• Operate the basic function of a multi-head embroidery machine and heat press
• Perform other tasks as requested by Supervisor
