The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support to the team and exhibit a positive, professional attitude. You will need to make great first impressions whether that is in person or over the phone. You’ll be interacting with a variety of people ranging from property managers, staff, service representatives and clients, so we’re looking for people who are pleasant, and excited by the opportunity to showcase their talents.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Will Train
Answering all calls in a professional manner and efficiently screening and routing to applicable individuals.
Assisting with general inquiries
Distributing and managing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and faxes
Providing administrative assistance throughout releases.
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Other duties as required.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software
Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely and organized fashion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
