Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Complete Delivery Pickup Orders in order to track and transfer equipment
- Work and assist finance and equipment auditors in locating equipment.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing rental/demo/loaner inspections as required
- Inventory tracking and processing quotes for salesman
- Process all rental, sales, and demo agreements done by the sales reps
- Freight recovery
- Yard and showroom organization and maintenance
- Walk in sales support, provide customer with required product information and connect customer with proper sales consultant
- Assist sales consultants with quote follow up
- Assist and coordinate Customer satisfaction follow up after sale
- Working as a team with Parts and Service to ensure positive customer satisfaction
- Assisting in data collection and organization of opportunities and call reporting
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is an asset
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent personal and organizational skills
