Machining Production Staff

Ironmen Industries is currently seeking a Machining Production Staff with the ambition to achieve high end results in a fast-moving environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret ISO shop drawings, but willing to train the right individual
- Operation of CNC Equipment (training provided as necessary)
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Routine maintenance and cleanup of machinery
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
- Other assigned duties as required such as grinding
- Be willing to take direction and work either supervised or unsupervised
- Overtime as required
Qualifications:
- Previous machining experience a definite asset but training will be provided
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Creative thinker, strong attention to accuracy and detail and high standards
- Must be willing to obtain any required training
- Maintain a minimum of a Class 5 Drivers License
Working Conditions:
- Fast paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required while maintaining all safe work practices
- Work indoors with ventilation system second to none
- This is a Full-time long term position
- Must be able and/or willing to stand for long periods of time
- This role is a 10 hour 4 day Monday to Thursday workweek unless overtime is required.
Compensation:
Ironmen Industries offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package. Starting wage $18.50hr, negotiable based on experience.
