Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless Steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Production Supervisor - Night Shift ($25.00 - $35.00/Hour + $3.00 night shift premium.)
Starting wage dependent on qualifications

Four 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. 4:00pm - 2:00am
All necessary training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Over seeing production team members
• Provide input, feedback and assistance to the Production Manager
• Review and Monitor procedures to ensure safety and to eliminate waste
• Assist team members when required
• Work with the team to meet weekly goals set out by management
• Provide leadership and guidance on the shop floor

Employment requirements:
• Minimum preferred educational requirement: High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years of welding experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Demonstrates a positive attitude
• Team player
• Able to lift 50lbs
